By registering as a dock host or Spooker, you acknowledge that boating and lake activities carry inherent risks, and you agree to participate at your own risk. Alabama Lakewide Charities, its volunteers, and event organizers are not liable for injury, loss, or property damage of any kind — including damage to docks, structures, boats, or other vessels — occurring during Spook the Lake. Participants are responsible for maintaining their own proper insurance coverage for their boats, docks, and other property, and for following all boating safety laws, wearing appropriate safety equipment, and supervising children in their care. Photos and videos submitted through this app may be used, with credit given to you, to help promote Alabama Lakewide Charities and the events you've participated in, including Spook the Lake.
